Yoga for the Golfer
Yoga cultivates flexibility, balance, relaxation and mental focus. Carl
offers workshops in one hour, two hour, four hour, and weekend formats. The
one hour workshop teaches an introduction to yoga and a pre-game warm-up
stretch sequence of modified yoga poses. Longer workshops concentrate on
yoga practice related to golf. Carl explores how golf can be a platform to
study and practice Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and to adapt yoga practices on
and off the course.
Personal one on one sessions are welcome. The workshops are ideal for
couples, where one loves golf and the other loves yoga. A true opportunity
to do something fun together.
